All sales of trading card products are final (including but not limited to sealed boxes/packs, single cards, bundles, and clearance items).
We do not accept returns or exchanges, and cash refunds are not offered, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian and provincial law.
This policy is necessary due to the collectible nature of cards, market volatility, and tamper-sensitive packaging.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery scan (or expected delivery date for a non-delivered parcel) at support@w2hobbies.com
Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the outer box, packing materials, and the items.
We will assist you with the carrier and/or manufacturer process.
Note: Transit loss/damage is governed by the carrier’s policies and any shipping insurance purchased (see our Shipping Policy). If you declined insurance, recovery may be limited to the carrier’s standard liability (if any).
You may request to cancel a pre-order before it ships; approved cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 10% Pre-Order Cancellation & Processing Fee (covers non-refundable payment-processor fees, administrative handling, and allocation commitments).
If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order (e.g., allocation cuts or supplier cancellation), we will refund the affected item(s) in full.
Estimated release/arrival dates are subject to change by publishers/distributors and do not entitle you to a fee-free cancellation.
Parcels returned as refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable (including incorrect/incomplete addresses) are treated as a cancellation by the customer.
Any discretionary resolution will be store credit minus: original shipping, return shipping/fees charged by the carrier, and a 10% handling fee. Cash refunds are not provided except where required by law.
Sealed products must remain factory-sealed. Evidence of opening/tampering voids any potential remedy.
Single cards are sold as-listed/as-photographed; minor factory/packaging imperfections common to trading cards do not qualify as defects.
Email support@w2hobbies.com within 48 hours with your order number, photos/videos, and a brief description.
Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved; carriers often require inspection.
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable Canadian and provincial consumer protection laws (including statutory/ implied warranties). Where any term is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
